McKayla Maroney & President Obama do the ‘not impressed’ face

After this years Olympic Games in London, U.S. Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney's “Not Impressed” look made headlines around the world. President Barack Obama jokingly mimics Maroney’s “not impressed” look while greeting members of the 2012 U.S. Olympic gymnastics teams in the Oval Office, November 15, 2012.


A bit of history: Maroney first featured her 'not impressed' face after winning the silver medal at the London Olympics. After a nearly flawless first vault, it was assumed she should win the Gold metal, but on her second vault she ended up falling during the dismount. While on the winner’s podium accepting her Silver metal the expression was born.
