McLaren's new Supercar, the P1 has some big shoes to fill. Considered to be the long-awaited successor to the iconic McLaren F1, Featuring hybrid power paired with Formula 1 technology - and limited to 375 units worldwide, which are all sold-out!.
Details to date: P1’s hybrid power train combines a mid-mounted 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 and an electric motor producing a system output of 903HP (916PS) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque, with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox sending power to the rear wheels.
The lightweight hypercar will be able to cover about 10 kilometers (around 6 miles) on electric power alone with zero emissions. Zero to 100 kilometres an hour in less than three seconds and tops out at 349 kilometres an hour.
